PERSONAL
PROFILE:
I am a qualified Chartered Engineer
(Electronics) but got bored of the repetitive and predictable nature
of the job. I decided I no longer wanted to be sat behind a
computer for 8hrs a day in a stuffy office to only go exploring for
2 or 4 weeks a year. So I made a career change. Because of my
nature to want to see and explore the world, I invested many hard
earned pounds into a career that would allow me to travel for fun
and get paid for it. So in 2007 I upgraded my Divemaster
qualification to instructor and then upgraded my Day Skipper with
Yachtmaster Theory into Ocean Yachtmaster with 24m/200tonne
commercial endorsement. Furthermore, not being satisfied with
simply being an ordinary dive instructor, I became a Master Scuba
Diver Instructor so that I could teach speciality courses, my
favourite being underwater photography.
As I have said, I am inquisitive
about the world, especially nature. I also enjoy sharing my love of
nature with people, hence my photography and especially the under
water type.
OBJECTIVE:
Ultimately I want to own my own boat
to market as a dive/sail charter.
